We accept returns only if reported within 72 hours of delivery along with the original proof of purchase receipt, which was emailed to you at the time of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Initiating a Return Request
Contact our official WhatsApp number with the following details:
- Order number
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Reason for return
- Supporting evidence (e.g., pictures, videos)
Review Process
- Our customer care team will assess your request and contact you if your return is approved.
Reshipping Process
- Once approved, reship the item to the address provided via WhatsApp, using the courier recommended by our customer care team.
Refund
If the return is approved, we may offer:
- An exchange (if applicable)
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds cover only the price of the article(s) and do not include shipping costs.
- The refund process starts only after we receive the returned item at the recommended return address.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments.
- The refund processing timeline is 8-12 business days.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- No dispute or chargeback will be considered valid unless the complaint is first registered via WhatsApp.
You are eligible for a refund if:
The item received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, and the return is approved by our customer care team.
You are not eligible for a return in the following cases:
- You no longer need the item.
- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- You wish to cancel without a valid reason.
- You dislike the item after opening the package.
- The order was placed with a special discount as a favor.
- The 72-hour return window has expired.
- The returned product is tampered with, damaged, or not in its original condition.

- The refund is not eligible if the order is not returned to the recommended return address.

- No refund/exchange can be initiated before the return of the order.
